Planned service suspension commencing the Monday 21st September at 05:00 hours with the Floating Bridge returning to service Monday 28th September at 05:00 hours. This suspension is to allow for the replacement of the Floating Bridge chains. The annual Hydraulic oil change and other ancillary works. A launch service for cyclists and pedestrians will be in operation during this time, first crossing 05:00 last crossing 22:50hours Monday to Saturday and 06:30 to 22:50hours on Sunday.

This map is based on the vessels Automatic Identification System (AIS) and is an automatic tracking system used on ships. AIS transceivers automatically broadcast information, such as their position, speed, and navigational status, at regular intervals via a VHF transmitter built into the transceiver. The signals are received by AIS transceivers fitted on other ships or on land based systems, such as VTS systems.
